Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our fulfillment centers, primarily located in Hong Kong and China, to ensure we can offer a wide range of innovative, high-quality tech gadgets at the best prices.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After that window, your order will begin processing and cannot be modified. Once received, you are always welcome to return it for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Most are processed within 1–3 business days, with shipping starting the day after processing. Please allow extra time during holidays or large sale periods.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand and international shipping, delivery may take between 2–4 weeks depending on your location. Most orders arrive sooner, but we always appreciate your patience while your item travels across the globe to your door.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after it has shipped, you're eligible for a full refund. Just reach out to our team at info@merchoria.com and we’ll take care of it.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Our product prices are listed in USD and tax-free. Depending on your country, you may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or local taxes upon delivery. These are not included in our prices and are determined by your local customs authority.
How do I return an item?

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
Please contact us right away with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item you received. We’ll work quickly to make it right.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Credit card refunds typically take 7–10 business days to appear on your statement. If you haven't seen the refund yet, we recommend contacting your card provider, as processing times can vary.
